Returns & Refunds Policy

At Healing Options for Personal Excellence (HOPE Therapy), we strive to provide high-quality products and services that support mental wellness and personal growth. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent returns process.

Physical Products (Printed Cards, Mugs, and Other Merchandise)

We work with print-on-demand partners to fulfill our products. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a printing defect or manufacturing issue.

  • Eligibility: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full/partial refund at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer size exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, as each item is custom-made when ordered.

Digital Products (eBooks, Affirmation Cards, Printables, and Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the item has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience issues with your purchase (e.g., trouble accessing the file), please reach out to us at admin@hopetherapyva.com for assistance.

Coaching & Memberships

  • One-on-One Coaching: All coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will accommodate you when possible.
  • Memberships: Cancellations for memberships can be made at any time, but refunds are not provided for previous billing periods. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Print-on-demand items (unless there is a printing error or defect)
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items

Processing Time

Once we receive your return request (for eligible cases), please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
