3. Do you offer therapy or coaching?

Yes! Therapy sessions are available for those in Virginia through GROW (link to schedule). Coaching services are self-pay and can be scheduled through Stan Store (link to schedule).

We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment options at checkout.

5. Do you offer refunds?

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Refunds are only provided for printing errors or manufacturing defects.
  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • Coaching Sessions: Coaching is non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards, but we may add them in the future.

Shipping availability depends on the product. Print-on-demand items may be shipped internationally, but shipping times and costs will vary.

8. How long does shipping take?

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by shipping times of 5-10 business days depending on location.
  • Digital Products: Instant download upon purchase.

9. Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received an update, check your spam folder or contact us.

11. Can I share or resell my digital products?

No, all digital products are for personal use only and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed.


Coaching & Memberships

12. How do I book a coaching session?

You can book coaching through Stan Store (link). Sessions are self-pay and not covered by insurance.

13. Can I get a refund for a coaching session?

No, coaching sessions are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

14. Do you offer memberships?

Yes! We are working on a membership program that will include exclusive resources, Q&A sessions, and more. Stay tuned!


Affirmation Cards & Coloring Books

15. Are your affirmation card decks available in physical and digital formats?

Yes! Some decks are available as printable downloads, while others are professionally printed and shipped.

16. Can I use your affirmation cards for my therapy/coaching practice?

Absolutely! Our affirmation cards are great tools for therapists, coaches, and educators. However, they cannot be resold.
